I offer collaborative and client-centered psychotherapy for people grappling with a variety of issues, including depression and anxiety, life transitions, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, eating problems and disorders, and family of origin issues.
I'm especially interested in helping people bring clarity to and improve the relationships in their lives, including the relationship with themselves. I understand that every person has their own unique story and requires a customized, individual treatment approach.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I've been providing psychotherapy and counseling services for over 25 years. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions in the Princeton, NJ area. I hope to hear from you!
